Instead, he leverages data and advanced analytics to identify a client's specific needs. This ensures they secure the coverage they need. A Passion for Serving Georgians. After a decade of serving the public sector, Lisandro understands the importance of stability and trust. He founded Georgia Care Advisors to bring that same high level of service to individuals, families, and seniors in Decatur, Atlanta, and across the state. His goal is simple: to help his neighbors find affordable healthcare plans without the confusion.

He is an avid adventurer, often found zip-lining in the North Georgia Mountains, hiking up Stone Mountain Park, or cycling along the Silver Comet Trail. However, his favorite moments are spent closer to home in Decatur, enjoying time with his wife and kids at Legacy Park.
